With my background and education in civil engineering I can appreciate the innovative materials that contribute in a significant way to global infrastructure development. It’s satisfying to see new advances in technology that create stable roadways and parking lots. As I have witnessed first hand, Terra Pave Tech products are superior in their performance and durability. Terra Pave - Terra Pave products offer a smarter, superior, and eco-friendly alternative to traditional pavement materials like climate-damaging concrete and toxic petroleum-based asphalt. Made from a combination of all-natural pine tree resin along with a proprietary biodegradable binder. Terra Pave can be installed on larger projects with standard paving equipment (grader, water sprayer truck, compactor) or with basic hand tools and a plate compactor for smaller projects. Terra Pave maintains it's environmentally clean profile from start to finish.
Terra Pave’s innovative solution uses a clear resin-based binder, free from petroleum-based additives, combined with aggregates to create surfaces that seamlessly match or enhance the natural surroundings. The result is a visually appealing finish that integrates effortlessly with the environment, making it ideal for a variety of landscapes.

OUR PRODUCTS
Terra White
Terra Pave White™ (TPW) Top-Seal White™ - all-purpose liquid soil stabilizer and additive that binds and transforms the base into a solid, yet flexible mass that resists fracturing. It prevents base failure, dust pollution and soil erosion, and it increases soil strength and reduces its permeability. Terra Pave White™ is an excellent superior eco-friendly waterproof flexible pavement replacement for climate-wrecking cement base-stabilization and pavements. There is no such thing as eco-friendly cement stabilization and pavement.
Terra Black
Terra Pave Black™ - Top Seal Black - forms a layered coating over the road base that rapidly transforms into a hardened, independent surface. It also increases surface friction, thereby shortening braking distance. After it has been applied and has hardened (polymerized), it creates a thick membrane coating, which prevents the penetration of water and air into the pavement. Terra Pave Black™ is a polymer-based emulsion that requires water dilution. It is non-petroleum-based and eco-friendly asphalt replacement pavement, evaporating only water during the curing process and emitting no volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It does not contain solvents or cause damage to roads or vehicles. It is easily applied, requiring no special equipment or handling procedures.
Terra Pave Black™ - was applied in a large parking lot in Texas. After stabilizing the base with Top Seal White™, Top Seal Black™ was applied to give a rich dark black finish resembling asphalt finish. Terra Pave Black™ forms a very strong polymer chain to have a very durable structure.
Terra Prime
Terra Prime™ - Prime Coat - Tack Coat - deeply penetrates, bonds and stabilizes the sub-base layer of asphalt pavements, thereby waterproofing it before placing the hot mix asphalt. Terra Prime™ forms a permanent chemical bond of the prime coat and soil base, thereby enabling high bond strength, and track resistance. Terra Prime™ superior eco-friendly emulsions from a durable chemical bond between the layers and underlying surface. The permanent anchoring of the layers ensures improved and homogenous load transfer between various layers of the pavement, while significantly reducing the potential of the layer to track and be prone to moisture damage.
Extensive testing, coordinated by the University of Texas at Austin and the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDoT), has determined that Terra Prime™ outperforms all competitor products as a replacement for MC-30/AEP/SS1, a cutback asphalt that is used globally. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) classifies cutback asphalt as a volatile organic compound, which is regulated closely by environmental agencies worldwide.
Terra Fog
Terra Fog™ - extends the service life of asphalt pavements and forestalls drastic maintenance, such as resurfacing and seal coating, by preventing oxidation of asphalt and water from infiltrating the base.
Liquid Sealant For Old Asphalt Roads And Parking Lots, Terra Fog™ is as an overlay for restoration and rejuvenation of old and worn asphalt roads, parking lots, airfields, and any other traffic bearing surface. The product is an excellent solution for revitalizing and restoring old asphalt into a more durable and longer lasting wearing surface.
Terra Fog™ - is a high-quality, environmental-friendly, and cost-effective solution for improving performance and extending service life in chip seals. Chip seals, also known as seal coats, are an inexpensive way to preserve asphalt pavements and prevent further deterioration of their structure. Terra Fog™ reinforces the chip seal by reducing asphalt oxidation, preventing brittleness and weakness.
Terra Pave Cool Pavement
Top-Seal (Terra Pave) Cool Pavement (TPSA Cool Pavement) is a derivative of the Terra Pave Solar Albedo™ product for cooling pavements, also known as reflective or high-albedo pavements, refer to surfaces that reflect more sunlight and absorb less heat compared to traditional darker pavements. These pavements are designed to mitigate the urban heat island effect and contribute to sustainable urban development. Pavements with TSA Cool Pavement have shown to be at least 18 degrees F cooler than traditional black top asphalt pavements. Tests have shown with the Department of Transportation of Nevada, USA that TPSA Cool Pavement mitigate urban heat island effect reflect more sunlight and absorb less heat, resistance to moisture significantly exceeds Environmental Protection Agency standards.

Terra Pave Solar Albedo
Terra Pave Solar Albedo™ (TPSA) - Top Seal Solar Albedo (TSSA) - is an all-purpose liquid soil albedo, stabilizer and additive that binds and transforms the base into a solid, yet flexible mass that resists fracturing. TPSA increases solar irradiation reflected from the ground for bi-facial solar panels, prevents ground base failure, vegetation control, dust pollution and soil erosion, and it increases soil strength and reduces its permeability.
TPSA is a polymer-based emulsion that requires water dilution. It is non-petroleum-based and eco-friendly, evaporating only water during the curing process and emitting no volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It does not contain solvents or cause damage to solar farm equipment, roads or vehicles. It is easily applied, requiring no special equipment or handling procedures.
TPSA is a product for solar farm with bi-facial solar panels. TPSA has ground relfection albedo 7/365 equal to albedo of snow.

COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL ROOF SEAL - with Terra Roof
Terra Roof™ (Top Seal Roof or TR) - extends the service life of shingle, tile, TPO, concrete and many more commercial and residential roofs and forestalls drastic maintenance, such as resurfacing and seal coating, by preventing water leaks and cracking with much more benefits.
Terra Roof (TR) will extent current roof life +6 years longer dependent on location, increase energy efficiency, ITC tax credit qualify and great for roofs with solar system by:
* Preserves existing asphalt from detaching
* Seals current commercial and residential roof from leaks
* Extends the life of the roof +6 years
* Makes the attic cooler more energy efficient
* Does not void the warranty of the roof
